I?m the Lead Engineer Industrial Business Development for Grundfos India, an electrical engineer, graduated in business management and strategic management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, focused on all technologies and development of the Industrial applications. 

In this role I lead the company?s sales force for identification, initiation and progress of sales opportunity. I am also taking care of ETO products by collating information from the market and passing it to the production house. I am managing a team of 20 channel partners and 5 supporting engineers.


Before joining Grundfos India, I worked for Orient Paper & Industries Limited where I got an opportunity to execute a project of 55 MW Captive power plant with OEG involving various electrical equipment involving works on switch gears, transformers, motors, variable frequency drives, DIP & DPT sensors.

I?m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other people. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that?s always the fun part.
